Aromatherapy In Practice

Aromatherapy is one of the most accessible holistic treatments for personal health and well-being. There are many ways to begin a practice using scent as a personal healing agent including essential oils taken internally and used externally in personal products or just a few drops in bath, the floor of your car or in a diffuser as example.

The Botanical Collection for me is where I started my journey into curating an olfactory experience in candle form. I was looking and remain in that space of deeper curiosity to heal my body naturally from bouts of stress and anxiety. Self-care beings with the self, and for me candles were my form of igniting self-care in practice.

The Botanical Collection features five candles all rooted in using plants and herbs as an atmospheric healing agent. Check out the collection below:

Awaken / It's crisp and bright, with top notes featuring the subtle sweetness of agave and the smooth finish of aloe.

Breathe / Top notes of peppermint and eucalyptus with base notes of patchouli and vanilla.

Create / A spicy and velvety scent of red ginger saffron and lemongrass when you're ready to be creative.

Surrender / Bergamot and lavender do all the work to ease you into a state of rest and relaxation.

Unwind / Amber, jasmine and soft notes of citrus and cedar blend well to turn any room into an oasis of beauty and peace.
